The Gunnison Gorge is currently running around 463 CFS and clear down to the Smith Fork Creek. Flies that are working well through the gorge are blue winged olives, San Juan worms, caddis, and streamers. The Gunnison from the Smith Fork down to the Confluence is currently running off color but still fishing okay. The lower Gunnison is currently blown out and running around 2283 CFS and very muddy. We suggest hiking into the Gunnison Gorge for fishing for a few days.
